The Cala Molins beach is located 200 meters from the house, just a stroll of 2 minutes 200 metros de la playa de Cala Molins, also in walking distance are the beaches of Cala Barques, Cala Clara y Cala Carbo.

 

The househas only the ground floor with two living rooms a big  kitchen, two doble bedrooms, one single bedroom, one shower room with toilette, and a washing room with toilet. There is also an independent studio with double bedroom and a shower room with toilet. There is a total of seven beds and one extra foldable bed.

 

The equipment of the house is old but well mantained.  High ceilings with an airchamber below the roof, being particularly fresh. Large windows.  .  The kitchen is 20 m2 aproximatly and it has an aditional pantry of more than 10 m2. The main living room has chimney.

Cala San Vicente is located just between Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa
