An all together excellent experience! The description of the house and all the assistance Fernando gave us from day to day leaves nothing more to be desired! Could not be beat ! We loved the house, it's style and age. It is well kept with old style restoration and tasteful additions. Functioned very well for a family of 6 adults and one child. Short walk to shops, beach, restaurants. The pool was everyone's favorite! Wonderful when it was hot or windy at the beach. Local Janitor turned up in the middle of the week and cleaned the pool and changed towels!! Excellent value. I hope we can return one day!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour a Cala san Vicente dans la maison familiale de fernando. Le cadre est très chaque agreable. Chaque membre de notre famille a pu etre a l'aise grâce a ces nombreux couchages et 3 salles de bains avec toilettes. A notre arrivée le frigo était garni pour nous de fruits frais et du vin. C'est un hote exceptionnel et toujours a l'écoute qui nous a accompagné dans toutes nos recherches. Il est très réactif et nous a donné beaucoup d'idées de ballades et sorties dans cette île vraiment charmante. Nous étions au calme et avons pu profiter de la piscine et de la plage à 200 metres a pied. La maison possède l'air conditionné. Un petit menage intermédiaire a etait réalisé par des professionnelles pour changer les serviettes de toilette notamment.Par ailleurs la piscine a également été vérifiée pendant notre séjour. BREF qu'un seul regret de ne pas être resté plus longtemps

Most charming huge family house with all needed comforts in a smaller quiet resort almost without nightlife. Many families, but bevare of the rather huge wawes on this beach. Fernando is a most inspiring host with great communication, local suggestions and help if needed. We wil recommend this home to our friends, and hope to be back. Only thing we missed in Cala San Vincenc was a nice ice-cream

Nous avons pu être en communication constante avec notre hôte, et nous avons eu la surprise d'être accueillis avec des fruits, un excellent vin et de l'eau bien fraiche dans le réfrigérateur. Fernando nous a donné le nom de plusieurs restaurants et glaciers que nous avons pu apprécier, et surtout le moyen d’accéder aux calanques les plus belles en excursion... Nos draps et serviette de toilettes ont étés changés au milieux du séjour, ce fut fort agréable. La maison est très calme, et les nombreuses terrasses permettent de profiter de l’extérieur à l'ombre.

House is very charming and Fernando is a very caring host. The house matched exactly its description and photos in Airbnb. It is not brand new, but it is well maintained, very clean and well equipped. It is also very spacious and has nice terraces. As we were travelling with a baby, Fernando provided a cot, a baby tub and a high chair which was great. We arrived late at night and there were some basic supplies in the fridge which was so thoughtful of him. Before we arrived Fernando also provided us with necessary information on how to get to the house. He was very responsive and was always prepared to advise us on neighboring attractions, restaurants and bars. If you are looking for a quiet family vacation (as we did) you are going to be more than satisfied with the location of the house. Cala San Vicenc is a cute little town, not damaged by mass tourism yet. It is surrounded by mountains (some of the trails are paved so you can enjoy really nice views without any professional hiking gear) and has three rather small beaches hidden in coves. The house is located just a two minutes’ walk from the biggest and nicest one – Cala Molins (it sandy and well maintained). There are some (about 5) restaurants/bars with good food and drinks close to the beach - but the town stays quiet and peaceful during nights. We had an amazing stay there.

Fernando is very friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful with lots of space, you feel immediately like home and it is just a 2 minutes walk to the sea. Before we arrived Fernando provided us with all necessary information and he really cared about us. He gave us useful recommendations of places in the area worth to visit. I couldn't imagine a better host. Would go there any time again.

The perfect break
Excellent house for our family. Very well equipped. Welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch. Owners interest for our stay was exceptional. As a family we love Cala San Vicente. We discovered it many years ago and have been going back ever since. I definitely would recommend this property to anyone. The pizza restaurant on Carrer Temporal was perfect for us as we were feeding children. It was a good night for us and also enjoyed by the younger ones. Overall a super holiday. Thank you

“an oasis of tranquillity, spacious,Spanish home”
Fernando, the owner couldn't have been more helpful with any questions asked. We were given good tips on places to go etc. We loved the property which was huge with lots of room for a large family. It's plain and simple which is what we like with lovely Spanish touches I.e a well in the kitchen. Just a short walk to a lovely beach and is very quiet apart from an odd car going by on the one way street below the property. We have found a jewel here both with the village and the villa. We cooked for ourselves as easier with one vegetarian one vegan and a meat eater so stocked up at a big supermarket in Puerto pollen and topped up with lovely bread, milk at two small supermarkets in the village. We didn't want to come home. If you come here you won't be disappointed.
